Terms & Condition

1. Denomination Range – 500/1000/2000/3000/5000/10000
2. E-Vouchers are redeemable at company website www.suratdiamond.com
3. Single E-Voucher will be utilized against single retail billing.
4. E-Voucher is allowed for one time redemption only, Partial redemptions are not applicable.
5. Validity – 6 months from the date of activation.
6. Multiple E-Vouchers cannot be clubbed in single retail billing.
7. Any unused balance on the E-Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
8. E-Voucher cannot be exchanged against cash.
9. Surat Diamond will not replace or reimburse the value of your card/e-voucher if it’s lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
10. End customer is responsible if E-Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
11. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, without any prior notice.
12. In case of any manufacturing defect please return the item(s) to Surat Diamond Jewellery within 15 days for a Free replacement or full refund as the case may be.

14. E-Voucher is not valid on purchase of bullion/ Coins, Certified Solitaires & already discounted Products.
15. Diamond E-Voucher will be valid for diamond products only. Not applicable on Non-Diamond products.

Redeem

Redemption Process are as follows:-
Step 1 – Click on company website www.suratdiamond.com – Select the product that you wish to purchase.
Step 2 – Select the product and add to cart.
Step 3 – Selected product will be viewed in the view cart, now proceed to checkout.
Step 4 – On the Order Details Page – Login in case of a repeat customer, OR Just fill in your shipping & billing details & Gift Certificate Code.
Step 5 – Difference amount (if any) to be paid by the customer through other mode of payments and the valid voucher value will be deducted from the final amount to complete the purchase.”
