• The holder of this E-Gift Voucher Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• E-Gift Voucher Code is valid for 6 months from the date of received.
• E-Gift Voucher is valid and Redeemable on all Lab Test, Doctor Consultation, Medibuddy Gold and Buy Medicine on Medibuddy android/Ios Application
• Only full redemption of the E-Gift Voucher Code is allowed. Partial Redemption is not available.
• E-Gift Voucher Code once added to wallet can be redeemed against multiple orders/invoice.
• E-Gift Voucher Code can be clubbed with ongoing offers.
• E-Gift Voucher Code cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• E-Gift Voucher Code cannot be validated once expired.
• Any dispute should be referred to the Medibuddy and decision of the company shall be final.
• In case of any cancellation of orders paid through Medibuddy Money Wallet, the refund amount will be credited to Medibuddy Money wallet governed by Medibuddy refund policy
• Once the E-Gift Voucher amount is loaded to Medibuddy Wallet, validity is 12 months to use the amount

• Download Medibuddy Android/IOS Application
• Register with Medibuddy with your Mobile Number & Email Id
• Click on Top Left Navigation and select My Coupons
• Select Gift Card and Enter 16 digit E-Gift Voucher number and 6 digit pin number and redeem
• On Successful redemption amount gets added to Medibuddy wallet.
• Add product/services to be avail and select payment through Medibuddy wallet while making payment
