1. The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com.
2. Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem his or her E-Gift Card.
3. Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart. Both EGC and credit card may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
4. Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.
5. E-Gift Card are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
6. E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.
7. E-Gift Card can be redeemed within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
8. E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.
9. E-Gift Card cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.
10. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.
Redeem
Go to FirstCry.com and select the items you want to purchase. Once you reach our payment page, select the “”e-Gift Card”” payment option. Enter your 16-digit Card Number and the corresponding Card PIN and click on apply. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount. Pay any balance amount using available payment modes.
