7. EGV is redeemable at www.bluestone.com and offline stores (www.bluestone.com/store.html).
8. Any unused balance on the EGV will not be refunded or credited.
9. This EGV can not be exchanged against cash
10. Bluestone will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if it’s lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
11. End customer is responsible if EGV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
12. 99gift shall not responsible for any misuse, theft, transfers etc. occurred after the delivery of the said EGC.
13. Gift card can be redeemed ONLY on Plain Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery.
